Going to Japan 22 July till 11 August 2019

Hey hallo,
I am rowan and 21 years old and i come from the netherlands i am going to japan for the first time in my life i cant speak any japanese
But still i love japan and always dreamed of going there

Going there will cost me a lot of money so i wanna really enjoy my time there and the best way to do that would be to not be a tourist what i meen with that is that my main goal would not be to visit every place everyone is always talking about when they go to japan i wanna go to a few partys hang out with people i will visit a few temples
But i am not really looking for a guid i am more just looking for a person that wants to hang out nothing more
