First time visit to Japan in November 2023 to explore local culture

Hi. Cultured heritage & museums professional planning a trip to Japan as a first time visitor to this country. Joining a small specialist group studying Japanese gardens in Kyoto on 8th November, but plan to be in Tokyo for about four or five days before that. Would be great to team up with anyone in Tokyo at that same time. I'm a fit adventurous traveller, looking to soak up the local culture. Food, drinks, railways, people, gardens, museums; all as authentic as possible; if your go-to when abroad is McDonalds then we probably wouldn't be a great combination..!
I enjoy photography and will be looking to capture some great images of the city life too.

Hello! I will be in Tokyo 3-6 Nov. I am interested to join you to explore local culture. Food, gardens, museums, all authentic Japanese thingy. Lets meet up! I am staying in Shibuya area. Maybe we can meet up at Hachiko statue a certain time/date. I will buy a local SIM-card once I arrive there for Internet access.
