Solo Traveller interested in getting outdoors in Japan in Nov-Dec 2026

From November 15, 2026 to December 14, 2026

Hi I’m ron travelling to Japan for the first time. I speak conversational japanese (studied it in school) and am going nov 15 to dec 14. I like getting out in nature doing hikes, going to the snow (also first time), interacting with locals and joining in events like cultural exchange festival, social sports etc. Have a uni mate in nagoya so will spend some time there with him and i’m flying in and out of narita. Rest of the trip is unplanned at the moment so if anyone has similar interests and wants to catch up even for a bit during those time would be cool.
