Looking for a travel buddy in Tokyo late April and early May 2023

Hello! I am a 20 (21 soon) years old student living in France. My major is applied foreign languages (English and Japanese), I have an advanced level in English and French, a N3 level of Japanese and my native language is Russian. I'm going on a short solo trip to Tokyo and suburbs (possible one-day trip to another city as well) starting the 25th of April and ending the 2nd of May (one week). I'm looking for a person close to my age coming to Japan at the same time with whom I could hang out in some of the most not to be missed districts of the capital, such as Asakusa, Harajuku and others. To be more clear, I just want someone (one person or a group) to meet up and go exploring the city together, no sharing accommodation and costs for living.
I want to enjoy traditional Japanese culture as well as the contemporary one. My hobbies include reading, playing games, drawing, learning foreign languages and cultures, making soaps, cooking, traveling, watching movies and anime. I also like music (mostly Japanese, some Western music and a bit of the other), photography (land shafts) and fashion, but just as an amateur. A geek of Japanese history, especially the Edo period, especially the Shinsengumi. One additional note is that my health is not the greatest, and I can't drive any transport (even bicycles).
