Sakura trip 2026 looking for a few travel buddies

I'm planning a trip from the US to Japan for Sakura from March 28 to April 9 and looking for a couple of male travel buddies to share cost and experience with - make some new friends. I'm flexible on the itinerary but would like to start in Tokyo, of course, and move around to other cities like Mt Fuji, Matsumoto, Niigata, Yamagata, etc. before coming back to Tokyo. We could move around by car or by train depending on what would make the most sense. I have an international driving permit and have driven in Japan before. Send me a message if this sounds like something you would be interested in and would like to plan together. Total cost would be somewhere between $2,000 and $3,000 each including airfare.
