Sharing accommodation for Takayama Spring Festival 14-15 April 2023

Hi my name is Karen, (female) I’m in my late 20’s and I’m travelling with my travel companion, Andrew (male), in his early 20’s and we’re both staying in Takayama on the 14th April for one night (and checking out on the 15th April.) We are both going to check out the “three most beautiful festivals of japan” the Takayama Matsuri.

The accommodation that we have booked that night can fit up to 7 more guests and due to its busy and popular time there are a lot of accommodations either booked out or very pricey (due to the peak festival period)

I am posting for the following reasons- to share and chip in for accomodation cost and open the space out to fellow budget conscious travellers.

Hi! I will be there as well 14th-15th April 2023. I am still trying to figure out the accommodation since it is a very busy period and seems everything is booked. Could be great to experience the festival with someone else as well :) In conclusion, feel free to reach out to me (I can give you some more info about myself as well of course), I am interested :)
