My question is - How do I send a published book of mine to the Emperor of Japan.

Hello,
My name is Melvin Alexcie Pattern . I am currently living in Japan for twenty-five years. I am originally from India. I am a writer and a Film Director. I would like to present or send my book to the Emperor of Japan. My book for presentation is a gift .
