I was offered to work in a Japanese company at a monthly salary of 206700 Yens. Is this amount enough to sustain in Japan?
Hi Digant Kauhsik !
Interesting question indeed. The salary might be enough but it depends on several criteria :
the city and the region where you live, the type of accomodation you are willing to have, and the location of it : far from work (so more expensive in terms of commuting fees) or close to work.
You can also start to look a little for the price of real estate and renting in the area you might work.
It also depends on the contract and shift hours you will work, and your path of consumption.
Once you have all this information, you might be able to have a clearer idea of what will be your consumption power and then if that salary sounds enough to you.
Talk to you soon,
